b) Live music, recorded music, performance of dance, supply of alcohol 09:00 – 22:00 on Saturday 15 June 2019
and Sunday 16 June 2019 only for the premises

d) Jemmett Road, Ashford, Kent, TN23 4QD

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by:

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives:

  • THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER,
  • PUBLIC SAFETY,
  • THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE AND
  • THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000), under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
