Under Item 5.: The management Committee wish to propose a change to the constitution at the meeting amending paragraph 19, currently:

“The honorary officers of the Management Committee shall be:

• The Chairperson
• The Treasurer
• The Secretary”

• Chair (Executive Officer)
• Treasurer (Executive Officer)

• Communications Officer
• Volunteering Officer

• Sports Officer”
